My career has centred on the BFSI and FMCG sectors — from complex, senior leadership searches across Technology, Insights, Finance, Sales and HR, to niche BFSI mandates spanning Murex, Trading, Data & Analytics, AI, Financial Crime and Liquidity Reporting. Beyond search, I have built scalable Recruitment functions from scratch and enhanced established ones to new milestones, while managing significant P&L and budget responsibility — strengthening my commercial acumen towards running a business and engaging credibly with clients on their budgetary realities.

Stakeholders. Nearly two decades in Talent Acquisition and Global HR transformation, I have partnered with stakeholders spanning geographies and backgrounds — building relationships at the most senior levels: Managing Directors, GCC Heads and global business leaders. My experience has taught me what stakeholders are really looking for. They expect honest, regular, data-led communication, not an opinion. Some of my closest professional relationships today began as ones that tested me the most — and converting demanding stakeholders into trusted partners has been the most rewarding part of my career.
